At the start of a trip, when transferring lines or transportation mode and whatever kind of Andante card you may be using. You can validate up to 10 minutes before beginning your trip.
Attention! Even monthly passes must be validated.
where should I validate my andante card?
In the case of train and metro, use the validation machines located at the stations.
In the case of buses, use the validation machines located at the bus's entrance.
Place your Andante card up to 10cm away from the black dot on the validation machine.
The validation will be confirmed when a green light is shown.
If you're shown a red light, the validation did not work. Read the message on the validation machine's screen for more information.
